This service will allow our technicians to inspect all your blinds and shades, perform minor adjustments, replace small missing parts, and overall help your product operate as smoothly as possible. There is a life expectancy for any kind of window treatments, however our maintenance service is the best way to ensure the longest life possible with the least amount of down time.

Maintenance pricing varies depending on the type of product and the application. Typically, it is an hourly service, however for further information please contact our customer service department.

Process

When you contact us by phone or email, our customer service staff will be happy to offer their services to maintain your product. By supplying minor parts and performing minor adjustments. 


For motorized blinds, draperies and shades, we do offer battery replacements, re-programming hand-held remote controls, smart phone app set up, re-load of the latest applications, and re-set adjustments. Of which will be needed eventually as part of wear and tear usage of motorized window covering products.
